Laura McGuire
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Laura McGuire is chief executive officer and co-founder of SmartTracks. Laura is a successful entrepreneur, having founded three other businesses in the demand generation and marketing automation industry. Laura is an internationally-recognized expert in database marketing and is often found speaking at industry and association meetings and conventions in the US and abroad. Laura is on several boards of directors and consults on new-technology marketing both in the U.S. and Europe.

Jeffry Ziegler
Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder
Jeff has established two other nationally-recognized businesses in the database marketing and marketing automation industry. With over 25 years of experience, Jeff has a unique ability to translate the needs of the marketer into systematic processes. This ability stems from his diverse background in engineering, information systems, product strategy and market research. Jeff is an avid cyclist and a certified bike mechanic.

Randy Hodges
VP, Product Management and Co-Founder
Randy is responsible for driving the development of customized business and web-based solutions. Randy has 20 years of experience in software programming and design. His background includes the successful development of innovative, automated marketing solutions. In his spare time, Randy coaches competitive and high school baseball.

Rob Amerine
VP, Business Development and Co-Founder
Rob's background in aerospace engineering coupled with a masters degree in IT management enables him to design user-friendly technology for marketing content creation, management and delivery. From early beginnings at Lockheed Martin to managing leads for Fortune 500 companies to owning his own web marketing business, Rob understands the practical ins and outs of what small and mid-size businesses need in today’s “cloudy” tech environment. Rob enjoys fly fishing, golf, and spending some downtime at a good coffee shop.
Nathan Fisk
Chief Growth Officer
Nathan is a small business development specialist with an emphasis on utilizing an organization’s current resources to increase revenue, create brand recognition, and amplify market penetration; he has served in various leadership positions with several start-up/small-midsize businesses (SMB) such as AbleLink Technologies, 30dps, fiskMEDIA, and 5Ring Insight. Fisk has been working with SMBs for more than 15 years; his focus for Saligent includes building up the international network of "Growth Partners" and enhancing the company’s brand, sales/marketing, and infrastructure requirements. Nathan enjoys fine cigars and scotch and spends his spare time in the great Colorado outdoors fishing, hiking, and camping.
