The Saligent “Sales Lead Management” training course has three levels:
Executive Review
The Executive Review is a high level, fast-paced synopsis of Sales Lead Management. It includes a primer on the tools of the trade, critical processes that must be addressed, personnel requirements, common management oversights, and how to objectively measure and improve performance. It’s designed for a C-level executive who wants to enhance their capacity for managing their sales pipeline including everything from “top of the funnel” activity all the way through navigating an increased volume of quality opportunities and closing more sales. (4-6 Hours)
Strategic Manager
The Strategic Manager course equips personnel with a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of the Sales Lead Management process. The Strategic Manager course uses six core elements to ensure comprehensive learning:
At the conclusion of this education course, your personnel will know the details of an SLM program including the requirements for managing an out-sourced vendor or an internal SLM team. Notably, this course perspective is strategic, meaning it’s less about the person who executes the strategy and far more focused on the critical strategic and management decisions that will enable a leader in your organization perform optimally. (18 Hours)
Operational Personnel
The Operational Personnel education offering is the most significant investment of time. It’s designed for the individuals in your organization who will be “hands-on” tacticians in the SLM process. Just like the Strategic Manager track, the Ops Personnel go through all six core elements (DNA Profile, Prospect Administration, Lead Management, Client Development, Human Assets, Reflections & Metrics) as the framework for their comprehensive, work execution mission.
At the conclusion of their course, certified Ops Personnel will be able to carry out the strategic vision with extreme tactical clarity. As the foot soldiers in the SLM machine, it’s critical that these individuals have a thorough understanding of the SLM process and know how to manage the details of the process. (25-30 hours)
